Camila Salazar Lizcano

Project Consultant - Junior Qualitative Analyst


After six months as an intern at CUBIC, in December 2024 Camila became a Qualitative Analysis Research Consultant. She analyzes qualitative data, applies behavioral insights, and supports project design to improve school retention in El Salvador. As an intern, she contributed to projects on child violence and hazardous work.

Previously, Camila led participatory urban development projects and social programs for vulnerable communities in Colombia. She has experience with international organizations like OXFAM in Latin America and the Caribbean and worked on innovative projects like Humanium Metal, which tackles gun violence through a circular economy model.

Camila holds an MSc in Development Studies from Lund University and a BA in Government and Public Affairs from Universidad de los Andes.

Fun fact:

Camila loves working with children through various volunteer programs and has a passion for the outdoors. She even worked as an outdoor experiential educator, combining adventure with learning!
