Felipe joined CUBIC in December 2024 as a Quantitative Junior Analyst. His work focuses on conducting behavioral diagnoses and designing data-driven behavioral solutions to address education dropouts in El Salvador.

Before joining CUBIC, Felipe worked as a Business Intelligence Specialist and Data Scientist, developing machine learning models and data-driven strategies to tackle diverse business challenges. As a Product Manager, he developed a customer experience (CX) system integrating text mining, machine learning, and AI to analyze customer feedback. He also ensured feature releases with high-quality UI/UX based on behavioral insights.

Felipe holds an MSc in Behavioral Economics and Data Science from the University of East Anglia and a BSc in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
