Grace first joined CUBIC in June 2023 as a graduate student intern before transitioning to a Quantitative Research Associate in March 2024. In her current role, Grace supports research design, intervention implementation, and data analysis. She has contributed to projects on vaccination adherence, school enrollment, and reduction of child marriage and adolescent pregnancy.

Before joining CUBIC, Grace worked as a market researcher at Kantar, where she discovered her passion for telling stories through numbers and learning about human behavior.

Grace holds a Master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University.
