Matteo joined CUBIC in early 2021, bringing expertise in research and experimentation design to the growing portfolio of projects. Matteo’s current work includes leading projects in Indonesia, Kenya and Uganda.   Prior to joining CUBIC, Matteo worked as a government advisor in Tanzania, a research consultant with UNICEF in Thailand, as a research advisor on an international child poverty programme with University College London, and as an economic analyst and teaching associate at Toulouse School of Economics.

Matteo holds an MSc in Public Policy and Development from Toulouse School of Economics, an MSc in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a BSC in Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergatta.
