Tamara joined CUBIC in November 2023. Her role focuses on forging new funding opportunities with a range of donors and partners to support CUBIC’s programmes, as well as leading CUBIC’s communications work.   

Tamara has more than twenty years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector, and has held senior fundraising roles in a number of international NGOs, including at Plan International UK where she led the Philanthropy Team, and as Head of Global Foundations at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. 

Tamara holds a BA in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of York.
